David_Janet
I'm trying to cancel our ADSL internet contract before moving back to UK and cannot find an up to date address. We took out our contract with AOL in 2004, then it changed to Neuf and now it's been swallowed up by SFR. Can anyone please help! I've trawled their website and the one thing I can't find is either a helpline number or an address. Thanks
cooperlola
There is an online resource that will do this for you:http://www.lettre-de-resiliation.fr/internet/resilier-SFR.htmlIt costs a little, iirc, but works.
David_Janet
Thank you sooooooooooooooooo much. I was tearing my hair out trying to find the address and, although I had already discovered this very useful website I didn't realise they filled in the appropriate address.Very, very useful. So now it's just a case of finishing the packing ...................!!Janet
Danny
This site generates your cancellation letter automatically and for free. You just need to fill certain boxes and it is done.http://www.degrouptest.com/resiliation.phpAfter doing so you can either just print it off and send it or you can send it automatically for 7,29 euros by 'Lettre Recommandée avec Accusé de Réception' online if going to the post office is not convenient.Danny
