sid Posted April 28, 2011 Share Posted April 28, 2011 If you are using Outlook it's probably a problem with the account settings. I've had this several times (but not since W7) and the only solution is to set up your email account again and delete the old one (in Outlook). I'm not sure what causes it but something gets corrupted. There's quite a lot about this if you Google it ("password" and "outlook" should give you some results).
