Paris Ram Posted April 3, 2012 Share Posted April 3, 2012 I have a flat in Paris and on my last visit in December I noticed that we have lost all our Free French TV channels. I assume this is because the analogue signal has been switched off. I have a relatively new flat screen TV and we also have cable via Numericable. How do I get these channels back ? I am returning to Paris on Thursday so will be able to call someone/reset the TV if that is required.Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Martin963 Posted April 3, 2012 Share Posted April 3, 2012 The analogue signal in Ile de France was turned off in early March 2011. Has the TV worked since then? How many channels were you getting when it was working - 6 or 20 odd?Either way, check the obvious (aerial still connected), neighbours still getting channels if it's a communal system etc. Then do a rescan on the TV (Probably Menu - Set up - Find channels).If that doesn't work we'll try and suggest more....
