She has just purchased an ipad with both WiFi + Cellular and wants to use the cellular facility in France . She has been told she has to buy a sim card but the US salespeople were not able to help her with advice as to which card she should buy or from where. Apparently her version is the AT &T model (if that makes a difference) I guess cellular is 3G ?
