Matthew Posted November 13, 2012 Share Posted November 13, 2012 We have just received our 'Orange' bill on line for our telephone/internet. We pay by direct debit so don't always check it. This time we noticed that we had been charged about 30 euro for 'Mintel' calls. A quick check back revealed that we had been charged for mintel calls on the previous two bills also. You may or may not know that Mintel was discontinued recently (not that we have ever used it). I telephoned Orange and gave them my number. Before I could tell them the reason for my call they told me they knew why I was calling. I suspect that we are not the only ones who have been charged for this service which no longer exists! They immediately offered me a refund.I'd advise you to check your bill.
