Marifrançoise Posted April 25, 2013 Share Posted April 25, 2013 Is there an English-speaking helpline for EDF?I haven't been able to log into my espace client for a couple of months.It correctly associates the identifiant from my bill with my email address but won't accept my password. When I try the link for resetting the password I get an error message: Suite à un problème technique, votre espace Client est temporairement indisponible.Nous vous invitons à vous connecter ultérieurement.Veuillez nous excuser de la gêne occasionnéeI googled English help line number for EDF but the number I found for our area was a phone tree in French.Thanks. Marifrançoise Posted April 25, 2013 Author Share Posted April 25, 2013 I knew it wasn't cookies b/c this is my new laptop that didn't have any cookies saved for EDF (although it wasn't working on the old one either).I finally got through to the help line and apparently there was a problem with the way our name and US billing address were entered on the redesigned website.
