Alz Posted January 15, 2015 Share Posted January 15, 2015 Help!I'm new to this forum and new to France!After visiting the Orange shop We came out with the above mentioned package and a Livebox 3. The engineer duly came and installed the ADSL. Got the internet working ok. We haven't moved into the house yet so didn't think about connecting the TV but I'm curious to know how to get the Orange TV working. Is the Livebox the decoder? Is another box needed? Do I need cables and if so which ones? There isn't a TV card in the box which is confusing because the blurb on the Livebox packaging says it's for TV/internet/Phone. Any advice would be great. Quillan Posted January 15, 2015 Share Posted January 15, 2015 I believe you need a decoder, which type will depend on your line speed. If you have fast linespeed you can watch TV over the Internet if not then you need the satellite one. They normally send you the right box for your linespeed.
