I know advertising is not allowed but I don't stand to gain anything from this and maybe someone could save themselves agency fees. I know someone who is about to put a beautiful house with land and fishing lake, near Confolens in the Poitou Charente, on the market. They've decided to sell because they're no longer in a position to use it. The couple who are selling still haven't signed up with an agency but have spoken to a few.
