Lost Dog Mansle-St. Angeau, Charente

Lost Dog, golden in colour with lighter fluffy knickers, she is sadly missing after her owner died on the bridge over the N10 at Mansle the early hours of wednesday morning. She answers to the name of 'Baby'. She is very nervous and jumpy but very gentle. She is a medium sized cross breed her face looks a little like the shape of a rough coated collie she was wearing red collar. I expect she is very frightened and distressed as she went everywhere with her owner he was staying at the caravan park in Mansle.

If you have seen her or know of her whererabouts please contact me as soon as possible.

Nicky knows Baby well and will take care of her if she is found.

Baby's owner was staying at the caravan park at Mansle since last Sunday.  Prior to that he was at the caravan park at Saint Angeau.  Baby has since been seen on the road to Saint Angeau so may be trying to find her way back there.  She has a docked tail, is wearing a red collar and must be tattooed or chipped as she was adopted from the Angoulême refuge at Mornac about a year ago.

If you are in that area, please look out for Baby.  She will probably be very frightened, so if you see her please call Nicky as Baby knows her.

Baby has still not been found.  Nicky says she looks rather like the dog in this picture, but lighter in colour and with a docked tail.

Unfortunately Baby has been found dead this morning in the grass on the side of the N10.  That's all I know for the moment.  What a terribly sad story.
