Christine Animal
This poor little mite was wandering alone for several days at Fontenay le Comte until she ended up at the house of an English couple. She has no collar, nor tattoo, nor chip The mairie has been informed, but noone has claimed her. I have called the two SPA in the Vendée, but noone seems to be looking for her.The people who have kindly taken her in cannot keep her and they have two dogs of their own. The vet thinks she is about six years old. She is very sweet and very tiny. She makes me melt, can anyone take her in and love her?

tired
Christine, Do you know anything about the history of Mo? Has she been around children, cats and other dogs? (could be a deciding factor)Is she fully vaccinated, and spayed etc?
Christine Animal
I have sent you a pm Tired, but for anyone else who would like to know Mo is fine with young cats and other dogs. Don't know about children, but as she is so sweet can't imagine she would do anything to them.
louis
Has Mo been offered a home yet?
Christine Animal
I never heard from Tired, but someone else is supposed to be going to see her, though I don't think she has been yet. So as far as nothing is firm, she still needs a home. Where are you Louis? You can give me a call if you like, the number's on the site below. louis
Hi Christine, I would be willing to give Mo a permanent home as from what you say she has a lovely nature. The only downside to this is I live about five hours away from where Mo is. I live in Aude about an hour south of Toulouse. If we could come up with a solution with perhaps meeting half way then that would be great but if it is too far for you to travel I will understand and we will have to think of something else. I have tried the telephone number you gave but got an answer machine and my french isn't good. How can I give you my telephone number?

louis
Yes Little Mo has settled in very well and has told everyone, in no uncertain terms, that she is the boss even my standard poodle respects her and she only comes up to his kneecap. We have all fallen in love with her so hopefully she will have a long and happy life with us. I promise I will post photos as soon as my OH gets back from Holland and we can get all four dogs sitting nicely.

louis
I'm sorry for the delay but I will get on the case today, promise. She is well and truly settled and we feel that she has always been here. We do have to watch her around the cats as she is a chaser, but then again so is my shih tzu so it must be small dog syndrome.
louis
Here is Little Mo's new family, although we now call her Coco. Alfie the springer is her cousin, then there is Ola the red setter who is also a rescue her new sister, then Poppy a shih tzu her other sister and lastly Louis the standard poodle her brother - what a bunch eh.
