Bruce Weir Posted October 31, 2010 Share Posted October 31, 2010 The town of Toulouse in Haute-Garonne (31), and the Alpes-Maritime department (06) both donate financially towards the neutering of their unadoptable town stray cats - if they can't breed they can't proliferate, and their numbers reduce in time.I would like to know which communes, towns or departments in France support their local stray cat associations in this way. If the mayor of your commune, for example, is supportive then please please let me know.
