Debs Posted September 22, 2010 Share Posted September 22, 2010 I am knitting blankets for the refuge at Carcassonne and just wondered if anyone has any wool they could spare please?It doesn't matter how small a quantity - every little would help and be much appreciated. Hopefully it will help to make the coming winter a bit more comfortable for the dogs who haven't yet been given the chance of a warm fireside to sleep by.Thank you -in hopes! Debs Posted January 8, 2011 Author Share Posted January 8, 2011 I just wanted to say a big thank you to the kind people who sent me wool for the blankets, I am putting it to very good use and have several finished blankets to give to Rowan this week. Also thnaks to the lady who sent some beautiful knitted 'diamonds' to BJC and which I have sewn together -the dog who gets this blanket will be really lucky!If anyone else has any oddments of wool -no matter how little I would still be very grateful to receive it.
