Diana
When I was last in France I bought a small pot of this for our house cat, he devoured it in a week. I have tried a couple of garden centers near us in the UK but they don't have anything like it. They had seeds to grow your own cat mint but this is not the same. The French stuff looked as if each blade had geminated from a large seed and the pot was full of roots. I have previously tried him with ordinary lawn grass but this just makes him sick. He clearly really enjoyed eating the French stuff. I can't have any cut flowers in the house as he will eat those too, unfortunately his favourites are tulips which make him violently sick. Any ideas?ThanksDiana
Jsensiba
The animalerie's sell the cat grass stuff you grow in longish plastic containers with a drip tray! My cats love it - but it does take a few days for the grass to get to the eatable stage. Be warned, the stuff flies everywhere if you don't open it with care!I think Le Clerc also has the stuff, cost about 2 euros seventy.
Bernice
You can order the seeds online from Mr Fothergill's Seeds (www.mr-fothergills.co.uk)It's quite normal for cats to be sick after eating grass, it helps to bring up bits of fur and prevents fur balls.Bernice
