To the rear the ground apparently belongs to houses behind us, houses and land separated by a small lane. With me so far? We wanted to dig a small trench come soakaway along the outside of our property at the back. We will speak to our neighbours but just woundered about this 1 meter boundary business, if it's not something I've dreamt then maybe its something to do with access for maitenance?Anyone?
