Lautrec
Hello Helen,We live between Confolen and Ruffec and we use a very good vet in Ruffec; where there is one other. There are another two in Champagne Mouton as well. I haunt got the details, but if you need them, I will look them up and e mail you. There are two more in Confollen and looking in the local Yellow pages will give their addresses and phone numbers. As far as English speaking, I will ask a few questions and let you know.Regards, Lautrec. horseygirl
Hi, we live at Brillac near Confolens and have found an excellant vet at Mezieres Sur Issoire, it is 20 mins from Confolens, they are a Dutch couple who speak quite good english, we had to have our dog castrated and they did an excellant job! Butchx5
HiWe have friends who use the vet at Mezziers and are happy and others (and us) who use the vet in Chabanais - who speak/understand quite a bit of English. The Chabanais vet is opposite the train station and you don't need an appointment for a visit just arrive between 8:30-12:00 or 14:00-19:00 Mon-Fri or 8:30-12:00 Saturday mornings. Both deal with domestic and farm animals and will do home visits if required Helen
