Duckalaronze
Plan on bringing my 'mobility challenged' mother (+ dog!!!) over to France.According to Eurostar website, they don't allow dogs - only guide dogs. How can I, rather than drive to London, then spend (at least) three days driving back to Creuse with a party that will require stopping and watering (or de-watering!) every 15 minutes?Others seem to be able to get pets etc. through the tunnel - how do they do it, please?Any advice appreciated.ThanksAlan & Gill
BJSLIV
How do they do it? By travelling with a car on Eurotunnel rather than as a foot passenger on Eurostar.
james419
As already said - Eurotunnel - very good - very reliable and great with animals provided you have the paperwork - they did not even check our.If you need to break the journey - stay at the residence du Golf - overlooks the channel and they take dogs and have rooms on the ground floor - set off after breakfast 8.00am you then miss the worst of the Periforique? and you can be in the Creuse easily by mid afternoon - we have done it a number of times. There are plenty of stops on the way to make for an easy journeyBon VoyageJames
