Deimos
The insurance company (one of the big ones) also offers pet insurance for vet bills and the like. However, it is very limited (relatively low “upper limits” and lots of restrictions and nothing even close to the typical UK type pet insurance). It may be that other companies offer better policies. However, from my experience with my house insurance I would think the probability of every getting a claim paid are pretty remote so it may be just money “down the drain”.It seems that 3rd party pet insurance is included with the house policy so if this is what you are looking for then might be worth checking if this is the case with your house policy.Ian
Lollie
Hi,Sorry should have explained better, yes its for vets fees etc for my dog should she become ill or have an accident. I believe my household insurance does cover for if my dog injures or damages something or other.Lollie

Agenais
Hi, Generali France have been pretty good as pet insurers, low-ish rates of 25 euros per month, for three cats, covers accidents, surgery, etc etc, obviously not the usual things like vaccines. Our local AXA office arranged the insurance for the cats, they were very helpful.
