Adrian S Posted May 27, 2007 Share Posted May 27, 2007 We are moving to France later this year and bringing our 2 pet pygmy goats with us. We are aware of Health Certificates etc. but are not sure if you have to register the french property with the french authorities as a holding to obtain some sort of holding number to track animal movements.
