Christine Animal
Just keep the "lampshade" on so that she cannot get at the stitches and make sure she has her antibiotics every day. Try not to let her run about the first few days and if it's the Clinique Pasteur, please say hello to them from me ! [:)]
louis
If she is anything like my shih tzu when I had her spayed she will be running around the next day as though nothing had been done to her. My female cat has just been spayed and she was exactly the same - no problem at all. I don't know how animals recover so quickly but they do. I hope your dog does the same.best regards

TefkaC
Hello Paul, we've just had our pointer done with no problems, she was dopey for 1st day queesy on the 2nd and back to usual on day 3, this included trying to amputate your legs with the lampshade (real fun when she came at you from behind and you didn't know she was there), bouncing off the furniture and watching her try to go out was similar to watching a computer tennis match!!!! Best of luck and don't worry, the girlie will let you know what she's happy doing...Regards Charlie.
