Pierre ZFP
Not sure about the jabs but when the time comes for her to explore the big wide world, take her outside on a cold and possibly rainy day before feeding her. Go out with her for reassurance and to keep an eye out and leave the door open as a bolt-hole. Cat flap training if necessary can come later. Only for a short time at first and gradually increase the time outside. However curious she is, she will come back for food, warmth and a fuss! The traditional method of ensuring that a cat doesn't wander is to put butter on its paws - not too sure about this though
Pierre ZFP
Very wise not to take chances. Two months seems a little early to me for going outside, maybe consider doing it a bit later, say 3 months? That's what we did recently with a kitten and all was OK. He is 4 months now and still only has short 'supervised' times outside.
5-element
Kitty is getting on well with dogs (well she is jumping on them every chance she gets) so we are going to keep her.
Hooray! I followed Kitty's adventure and was hoping you would keep her. Everyone likes a good ending.[:D]I hope she gives you a lot of joy.
