Bugsy
Lying in bed this morning, watching the sun come up through the window, heard a soft noise from my pillow and the next thing I knew there was a mouse sitting on my shoulder.[:-))]Where are the cats ? asleep in various parts of the house.................[:D] time for them to earn their keep perhaps. ali-cat
I know the feeling. We never had mice in the house - until the cats started to bring them in, as little play mates!! We also sat one morning having breakfast when a frog hopped across our lounge floor - yet another little pressie from the cats. It does make you wonder ...... Bugsy
Well I put one of the cats in the bedroom and she promptly went to sleep on the bed...[:D] so out with the traps and a bit of Catherdral City and voila, one poor little mouse gorn orn.I get no pleasure from this, I hate killing anything, but we can't have mouses (mice) in the house, can we. Clair
We had a family under the kitchen cupboards. They squeezed in from the cellar through the floor where the cables go down. They used to feed off crunchies from the cat bowl and although she used to hear them scratching about, she didn't seem to be bothered enough to do anything about them. We had to put traps to get rid of all six of them...

woolybanana
This thread starts off wrong really. It should ask the question "Why do cats keep us?" Then it all falls into place
