Lost my cats vet book.

Hi all,

Unfortunately it seems I have misplaced my cats vet book which included his chip registration document and vaccination records, He's a french cat and I've been going to the same vet so hopefully she may be able to help. Has anyone had any experience with losing vet records for their pet in France?

I'm pretty worried at the moment so I hope someone can put my mind at ease somewhat.
