Dog food

Hi,

I know its been discussed on here a lot but just wanted some recommendations for a good web site to buy dry dog food on line,our lab needs to loose weight and we want to get a quality food for her.

I have used zooplus (both .co.uk and .fr) and received excellent service.

Our dog is now on a special diet as she has IBD and this is bought from the vet in UK or France as needed. Prior to this she was on 'James Wellbeloved'. I asked the vet if, by giving her this food, I had caused her stomach problems - he told me that in his opinion it was the best food on the market for 'normal' dogs.

I too use Zooplus.fr. Free postage if you spend over 39euros and an excellent delivery service. A lot of the special diet foods can be bought from their website.  "Which Dog Food .co.uk" is useful to compare different brands of dried and wet food.  Regards, Hester.

Interestingly, it is cheaper to buy from zooplus.co.uk and have it shipped to France (free over £79) than buy on zooplus.fr - well, at least for Royal Canin.

Did not look at that but just been to shops and what we brought was nearly double the price here in France so worth ordering on line.
