Thank you Nimt, very kind indeed. Given that my hair hasnt been cut for a very long time the painting looks a bit like me.!

Through the state of my other doggy is pretty scruffy at the moment too.

 Over the years I have often cut my own hair, but when I did two weeks ago, I did the worst job of it I have ever done.

It is growing ofcourse and as we will be seeing exactly no friends when we go out, or they come to our home, then it doesn't matter, as it is mid winter and I wear a hat when I go out occasionally for shopping.

[:$]I dearly would like to see my hair dresser to redress my odd cut though!

So Wooly, when was the last time you had your hair so long.......... because long hair was the thing for men in the late 1960's and 1970's.

I really like the painting Mint.  Bit too pricey for me too.

I just mentioned to my husband how much I would like to go to the salon for a proper haircut.  It has been nearly 7 months since my last cut.  Husband trimmed a bit for me and actually offered to do a total cut ....  gasp ... 

So far I have managed to decline his kind offer.

At least, by the time I DO get to the salon, there will be a lot to work with and almost anything would be an improvement.
