Clair
Gloria, A quick search seems to point to shops for hearing-impaired.These are not recommendations, just to give you an idea:Boutique-AuditionAudiloCentre AuditionYou might find similar deals in a shop rather than online.Look for "audioprothésistes" in your French Yellow Pages or online: http://www.pagesjaunes.fr/It would be helpful if you could put your dept number or nearest large town in your profile... cooperlola
I live near a butter town myself (sorry, Clair - couldn't resist.)Is there state aid for this sort of thing, Clair? If so, Gloria might find it profiable to talk to her gp as she may get some money refunded by her mutuelle/the state? Unlikely but a thought? Clair
Haha! (typo now edited - [:)])I haven't looked into it recently, but I seem to remember that the refunds for hearing aids are on par with those for specs. I honestly don't know if that covers accessories like phones. On the other hand, it is definitely worth checking with your mutuelle, if you have one. They might extend their cover to accessories.
