It would be really nice to make some new friends (with or without children of the same age). Of course we try and integrate here, but it's nice to be able to speak to people in your own language sometimes ...Anyone out there within, say, a 40-minute radius who'd like to meet up during the long summer holidays? Annhopkins Posted September 1, 2004 Share Posted September 1, 2004 Sorry I did'nt see this thread earlier, we have just spent 5 weeks in France, we have a place near Lassay les Chateaux (approx 20 mins), we will visiting again in October so perhaps we could meet then, we have 2 children aged 10 & 13 and are seriously considering moving to France in the new year.
