As soon as you become a french resident then you also become a french tax payer or at least have to declare world wide income in France from the date of your arrival. Any taxes paid in other countries are then, if applicable taken into account.Don't know how the Nanny thing would work out either as surely they would have to be registered in France under some regime or other, or be an au pair which has rules attached.
