samdebretagne
If she is under 30, she should apply to be an English teaching assistant, it is meant as a way for young people to spend a year in France. Look at the French/Australian consulate website for more info, but she should hurry, the deadline is soon.

samdebretagne
It's possible that the age limit for Australia is 35.....It's too bad she's not younger, as Australians also have the right to an 18mo working visa to come live in France and find a job. Rob Roy
The age limit is not enforced when they are desperate for teachers. I am well past 30 [:)] and work as a teaching assistant in primary schools.
