Kimi
Hello, I'm moving to Lyon soon and would like to continue my French class.I heard there is a place that can teach French for free near Hotel de Ville but don't know what exactly the place. If anybody here knows a place with a reasonable fee too, I wouldn't mind it either.Cheers in advance. Wendy
My advice would be to get in touch with IRFA. If you are registered with ASSEDIC/ANPE you can do a French for foreigners course with them for free. My son is currently doing it, they recommence in September. I highly recommend them, they even assist with job placement.
Kimi
Thank you! So first I should register myself with ASSEDIC/ANPE then contact IRFA for their French course? But what are these organisations actually?
Kimi
I'm not an EU citizen btw, so does that affect the registration with ASSEDIC/ANPE?I just remembered that this is perhaps more of the employment service including the courses during unemployment for free in EU countries for EU citizens, is it not?
