Anthony Rowland Posted February 9, 2005 Share Posted February 9, 2005 we are in the process of buying a small house for renovation in Normandy, on the compromis it says about the house being in an area at risk to exposure of lead or lead poisoning report as the English translated version states. Dave&Olive Posted February 9, 2005 Share Posted February 9, 2005 hi it`s prob in the paint as long it`s not in your water report just be careful how you remove the paint.we have had the same you should have a diagram showing the walls or affected areas .ours showed lead, asbestos in a corrugated tin roof parasitic mushrooms ,deathwatch beetle furniture beetle but no TERMITES.you pay your money and take the chances bet most old uk houses have lead paint somewhere Dave Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
