Cadeby
Anyone know the contact details for Volvo, to enable me to commence the "type-approval" process? Thanks.
David584
I hope your French is better than mine. I found this page on the French Volvo site. It should give you what you need to know.http://www.volvocars.fr/FinancialServices/Importation+de+véhicules.htmGood luckDavid

Iceni
When you review earlier threads on the immat. process you will see that interpretation of the rules varies between depts. Before you venture down the possibly expensive C of C trail I strongly recommend that you visit YOUR local DRIRE and Prefecture to determine their requirements. DRIRE attestations cost around €67 so can be much cheaper or dearer than C of C. Similarly they may want a V5 rather than an export cert.John
