wishiwasthere Posted March 7, 2005 Share Posted March 7, 2005 I have recently lost my UK driving licence and am hopefully moving to Frabce where I have been told I can drive an electric or micro car without a licence. There are usually specialist dealers and private sellers advertising them. They aren't cheap though, and neither is the insurance as almost by definition the people who drive them have either lost or never obtained a licence for normal vehicles. The screen went black and I was thinking "duck before the thing blows up" especially when the noise started!!!We would love one, but not very practicle for us. We had a similar car in the U.K., a 2CV, red and white Dolly. Lovely machine. My OHs pride and joy. We almost cried when we had to sell it to move over. John. (hair not standing on end now!)
