ajuk
Help - I am fed up with being continually "flashed" by motorists when driving a RHD volvo V40 (1997) in France - we have followed the little diagrams that come with the stick on reflectors or used masking tape actually - but doesn't seem to matter - I have rang volvo and had a diagram - but it does not seem to correspond to our head lights. Can any one advise - kerb side or road side to mask??? (volvo say both???)Leaving for France Monday (in the dark) has anyone any experience of the best masking option??In anticiaption
Baz
I cannot advise you on the positioning of the headlamp relectors on your Volvo model. However, if your car is equiped with an internal adjustable headlight height control switch, by adjusting this to the lowest setting, so the beam drops will probably solve your problem without the need for the use of reflectors. If your car has automatic height adjustment then my suggestion will not work. You could alternatively go to your nearest main Volvo dealer, who should be able to show you where to place the reflectors. Hope one of these suggestions works.Baz
