UK Channel 4’s hugely successful SELLING HOUSES is back battling a property market on the decline.  Presenter Andrew Winter is pulling no punches in his effort to help you shift your hard-to-sell home. 

 

Are you having a nightmare selling your property?  Could your estate agent be doing more to help – perhaps you’ve been through lots of agents or feel your property hasn’t been marketed properly, or maybe you have a nightmare story to tell?  

 

With 20 years experience in the property industry, Andrew will be offering marketing strategies, viewings advice and help in transforming your property in order to get the best possible price for your home, and Matt James, Channel 4’s City Gardener, will be tackling any garden issues.

 

After a makeover by our professional design team, all 13 properties in the last series had offers of the original asking price or thereabouts – and two even sold for more.  We can’t guarantee we’ll sell your property, but we’ll do everything we can to get the best possible price in the current climate.

 

We’re looking for sellers and their estate agents to take part in our forthcoming programmes to be filmed during Spring/Summer 2005.  To be considered, your property must have been on the market for at least 3 months, you need to be prepared to spend a minimum of 1% of the value of the property on improvements aimed at getting a sale, and you must be willing to take Andrew and Matt’s advice.
