Our Citroën dealer sent us a reminder for the first one but in France the onus is onthe owner to make sure all relevent contrôles etc are carried and therefore no official reminders are sent out. If you take your vehicle independently for it's CT and not via a garage after a service etc the following year,you may get a post card reminder from the testing centre as I did this year.
