CeeJay
For numerous years we have been driving up and down France through the peages using the credit card booths, no problems quick and easy. However this year I acquired a roof box for the car which brings the height above the 2 metres mark which is not accepted on the credit card booths. Can anyone tell me why this is the case, what difference does it make whether the car is 2 metres high or 3metres high. Cjlaws
The limit is set on the credit card booths in order to stop vans being driven through the "cars only" tolls.
