dessiedog
With the intention of relocating to SW France later this year, we are considering amongst a lot of other things, whether to bring our 22 year old Audi ur quattro. Any advice upon the cost of insurance for a classic car would be appreciated, if indeed such a thing exists in France? Apologies if this subject has been raised previously. Cerise
We have registered our TR6 as an ordinary car as we did not want to be tied to where we could take it - but we have got ordinary limited kilometrage insurance from our normal insurers (7000 km) and that worked out as cheap as classic car insurance but gives us the liberty to travel where we will. Val_2
I have a nearly 22 year old VW Scirocco and that is fully insured here in France although we did bring her when she was ten years old but the insurers have never quibbled about the age.
