Helen888
I'm used to reading F1, F2, F3 etc or 1P, 2P etc as number of rooms in addition to kitchen and bathroom. I would be grateful if anyone knows what T1, 2 and 3 are as I've seen a place to rent thats T3...i think the F and P refer to house and apartment so what could T be? Thanks
Tourangelle
T and F are both used for flats. I think it is the same thing, in any case they are used interchangeably. P must be pièce. Generally agencies use T and F, not P for flats. It is alphabet soup, good luck with your house hunting.
Battypuss
T3 is houses, F3 is flats. Sometimes if it is a bunglaow, they might use F3 for a house as it is one level. PP means lounge, and x bedrooms. Therefore F4 is one room (ie lounge/sitting room what the hell) and three bedrooms.
