bertngill
Having reregistered our car sucessfully, we have now brought over our motorcycle, no problem with french insurance but I have got lost with Drire Website. Honda have sent out Certificate of European Conformity, so do we after Hotel des Impots proceed to the prefecture?
Bob T
I don't know what Drire has got to do with it. With a Cof C and the paperwork from the Hotel d'Impots we went to the prefecture and got both of our bikes registered.
Sunday Driver
As Bob says, the Honda EU certificate of conformity means you're home and dry. Straight round to the prefecture for the carte grise, get the back plate made up and fixed on, then get out and RIDE.....[8-|]
bertngill
thanks for the info, i went to Drire web site and got lost after it said, if you have certificate of conformity click here.
Bob T
It probably says "if you have a certificate of conformity click here" and then when you click exits the site, because you don't need to be there in the first place. You should have no problems at the prefecture.
