If yes,then freely availble from all petrol stations and larger supermarkets at about 25€ bottle. Propane has to be stored outside though and is the green bottles, Butane is blue usually depending on the company. If you mean that stuff for putting in cars with adapted tanks,then yes,most of the big names on the motorways sell it under the guise of LPG on the pump but you won't find it much in the sticks or supermarkets,there is hardly any call for it here - diesel is the king I am afraid.
