Opening Times for Petrol Stations on Autoroutes

I normally travel at Humane times but middle of this month I will be leaving Euro-Tunnel at Midnight and travelling Down to Toulouse.    Will the petrol stations on A10, A71 etc actually be attended during this holiday period or will they be open for French Credit Cards only etc

Appreciate any comments

Have just today come across a new thing (for me), an Auchan fuel pump that accepted a UK debit card when the kiosk was closed. This Auchan hypermarche is at Dunkerque so not sure if this applies anywhere else at all, but have never heard of UK cards being accepted for fuel anywhere.

I am now able to use my uk card to buy fuel at "Shopi " in Normandy ,when the store is closed.

This topic has been done to death on here recently.  Yes,  some petrol stations at the Channel ports take UK debit cards but you will not be able to use them at 99% of the petrol stations in the rest of France as they don't cater for daytrippers filling up with cheaper petrol.  You can use UK visa or mastercard credit cards at most garages.
