Ian
If this is a silly question, I apologise, but I've just had a nasty thought....When I get to France in a couple of weeks, I intend to buy a trailer to help with the house renovations. Just a normal, general purpose trailer, around 2m long. My question is, will it have rear lights and if so, will they be powered via a 12-pin (UK-style) plug or a 13-pin (Continental-style) plug?I've a horrible feeling I know the answer..................Thanks

Ian
Sorry Bugbear, I got confused. I meant a TYPE 12 plug (12N), not a 12-pin plug. And you've taken a weight off my mind, by saying SEVEN pin. I guess 13-pin are only used for caravans. Thanks for the information. jc
Most British use a 12n and a 12s but for a trailer all you need is a 12n.
