European Accident form/constat à l'amiable

After reading a couple of threads about accidents I though it might be an idea to upload both the French and English versions in case anybody ever needs them in a hurry, lets hope not...!

I did try asking my UK insurance company for one and was met with silence and ended up explaining to them what it was so I bought one of these:

Ernie, I cannot find the Accident Forms on the above site. If anyone else is having the same problem, then try this PDF which has both French and English forms and instructions of what must be completed. Let's hope nobody needs the forms but as Ernie suggests keep a copy in your glove box.

Works for me Baz although Rapidshare do seem to have changed their site since I last uploaded to it and you do have to do a little work.

Scroll down and click FREE

On the next page scroll down and choose any one of the Download via sources.

Enter the security characters into the box and hit Download

Your link is fine though and in fact was the source for the English part of my upload but mine also has the French constat à l'amiable in original colour format [;-)]
