Because of the enormous increase (60%) of serious accidents in the SW of France, there is a special task force been set up of G Men, Police and Prefecteur staff who will be doing vehicle checks at accident black spots in the area throughout October.The civilians are there to take driving licences so it looks as tho the length of ban may be significant if applied on the spot.You have been warned .............
