We would buy the field for 30,000 euro and have a 2 bedroom house built for 104000 euro within 12 months.(look at the website-Pas de Calais-Hesdin 104000) Buying the field and having the house built are two separate deals which the agent offers as a joint package.Has anyone done this and how did it go? One of our concerns is could we end up buying a plot and then being left high and dry without a builder.If it all went smoothly it does seem quite a cheap way to buy a new home in France.
