dave21478
Its diy-able with a little ingenuity.I havent done a full system fill, but for pumpig up sagging suspension this has worked for me.Get a clean grease gun with a flexible hosepipe. Unscrew the normal end that clips onto grease nipples from the hose and replace it with a fitting that will screw onto the Schrader type valve used on the hydro units - I found a suitable adaptor in the bottom of my toolbox, I believe it came from some kind of bicycle pump.Make sure all fittings are done up tightly using PTFE tape. Fill the grease gun with hydrolastic fluid and start pumping. It will probably take a couple of loads in the gun per displacer.

gosub
I made a pump from an old brake master cylinder and a brake pedal, then measured the distance from the centre of the wheel to the wheel arch, to know when to stop pumping.
briwy
Well, as a VERY temporary measure to get cars to my mate who has a pump I stuck a footpump in a bowl of water. Worked OK but I wouldn't recommend it this weather unless you like very hard suspension.
