Johndeb Posted July 28, 2005 Share Posted July 28, 2005 Dear allOther than hot footing it round a million and one immobiliers, does anyone know a good web sit that I can look up commercial properties to either buy or rent in dept 34?We're at the investigating costs stage of business planning and therefore don't really want to register with agents until we have a better idea of how far our budget will stretch etc..Also, if any of you in any department have set up a business that involved the use of commercial premises, any advise/words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated. We don't have any rubbish collected but still have to pay a charge. If we wish to vacate and terminate the building we must give three months notice.
