There may be more than one edition, e.g. the one I have is published by Michelin, and the pictures include advertisements for their tyres. I think I paid about €12 for it.The title is misleading; the book is not in fact the Code de la Route (which is the complete law, as quoted by Cathy) but only a summary of it, mainly intended for people preparing for the driving test.It's certainly useful and the illustrations are good enough to be instructive even if your French is a bit shaky. Personally I think every British driver in France should have a copy: it's worth the money if only to be sure that you understand priorité à droite.
