Bugsy
I have been asked, by someone on the Triumph forum about charges for bikes on the peages.I found this little gem which can be printed out and kept in the car.http://www.route.equipement.gouv.fr/article.php3?id_article=53Click on the map and then download the Information files (PDF files)Ignore this if you already have it, of course. Pierre ZFP
Nice one!I can see that being useful when you get the inevitable 'how much is it to go from X to Y'and I will use it to check my next telepeage Doofer bill as I went a long way on the autoroutes in January
Cacknanty
Last year on another thread I asked if it was more expensive to come off the motorway mid trip and (say) fill up, then get back on. Using this site, to go A26 Calais-Reims costs €19.60.To go A26 Calais-Bethune,€5.50, A26 Bethune-Reims,€13.30 total €18.80So it is actually cheaper to break up a journey on the autoroute (in this instance maybe not in all !!!)How much will it save if we come off every junction and get back on..................... no, I can't do it. Stan Streason
Another PDF with the latest prices http://www.asf.fr/shared/pdf/tarifs%20peage/asf_m_fev2009_tarifs_peage_classe1.pdfalthough I'm nit quite sure why it does not include everything. Brilec
If you plan the route on Mappy www.mappy.fr and set the type of vehicle, it will give you the total tolls for the route.
