SIRUS satellite radio, or European versions of in-car satellite radio?

Just a curiousity......I loved when I hired a car in the US just how many channels you have with SIRUS radio (which, for those who don't know, is a subscription based service that beams radio stations direct to your car much like BSkyB).  Does anybody know if there exsists such a service in France?  Like I said, just curious! [:)]

Not aware of a European version, but Blaupunkt are launching a Internet based web radio in Europe which should actually give more channels.
